Forged signature in civil suit

Husband of the plaintiff has written the name of his wife as plaintiff that is 100% sure; but if wife (plaintiff) says that it is her signature than how it can be challenged for invoking CrPC.340; should senior civil judge consider it for forensic/ handwriting expert or what other remedy... as per law..

If she agree that she has signed, it is not likely to effect.

Also there are false statements in the plait and due to that interim order was favoured to the plaintiff. The statement is that she was a tenant since April 2011, but I had purchased the property in September 2011 then it was rented to other party for one year than how I can give the property on rent to the plaintiff?
