Execution of order given by consumer forum

If the respondent does not make payment as ordered in stipulated time can I file EA in consumer forum under section 27 for arrest of the person. Does court mandatory punish on next date of service of warrants if the party does not pay by that date? or another chain of stay orders and appeal will start?

You should file execution u/s 25 & 27. Punishment depends on response of opposite party and consumer forum.

Yes Goyal sir, actually only section 27 EA has been filed. I asked my lawyer to file in both 25 and 27. In fact logic says that where some money is to be recovered 25 is appropriate process. Suppose in case a party is asked to replace faulty gadget but does not do that no recovery is due, then 27 would be more appropriate. I hope my interpretation is correct? Kindly advise

PS: meanwhile I have already filed caveat in supreme court in case opposite party moves SLP after dismissal by NCDRC.
