Hi All,

Need one urgent help. How to identify whether an agriculture land in Uttar Pradesh state is an ancestral property or not?

It is believed that you are Hindu.

The character of ancestral property is well defined.

In UP agricultural land is ruled by UP Land and Zamindari Abolition Act.

Consult an able counsel or meet revenue official with all docs on record.
