FELT ONE OF MY FRIENDS ANSWER MORE COMPLETE: POSTING THE SAME FOR THE BENEFIT OF OTHER VIEWERS-"If you do not want any property in your name, you can either relinquish your right over the inherited property if any, or donate the same to any charitable trust or gift it to some one , or even write a will in favour of anyone. However any deed should be done fool p[roof without any coercion, fraud or force and be registered".
