IF I OWN A PIECE OF LAND AND WISH TO REFUSE MY RIGHTS/CLAIM OVER THE SAME LAND...WHAT IS THE LEGAL PROCEDURE TO DO SO.

FELT ONE OF MY FRIENDS ANSWER MORE COMPLETE: POSTING THE SAME FOR THE BENEFIT OF OTHER VIEWERS-"If you do not want any property in your name, you can either relinquish your right over the inherited property if any, or donate the same to any charitable trust or gift it to some one , or even write a will in favour of anyone. However any deed should be done fool p[roof without any coercion, fraud or force and be registered".

You ought not have adopted the manoeuvre which is obvious and redicules the experts team and common citizens with queries as well. Avoid hitting others while raising queries and answering queries as well...ALL ARE EQUAL UNDER SUN I HOPE ...AM I RIGHT EXPERT!
