Restrictions under status quo qua

(Querist) 28 January 2016 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
We have purchased 300 Sq yard plot in 1987 in Haryana with proper registration documents and constructed the boundary walls. The plot is coming under two khasras. We used to regularly visit the plot till 2015 and there was no claim from any body on the said property. We we started construction another party approached and informed that they are the owners of 200Sq.yard. They have filled a case in the court for permanent injection & possession. The court has ordered Status Quo Qua construction to be maintained by both the parties. Kindly inform.
The construction was completed before the court order but nobody was staying in.
Can we take the power connection?
Can we move in the constructed house?
Please advise.
