If someone has gave me affidavit for my share in heritage property and later he refused to give my share so can file case against him with IPC section 415, 416, 418, 420, 422 or suggest me any other law

Was the person having title of the property?

How it was heritage property?

Your query is very simple. An affidavit qua the share in joint property do not create legal right therein hence the question of filing criminal case on that ground do not arise, however, if your legal right subsists then definitely you can initiate civil remedy by invoking the doors of the temple of justice.
