Validity of a particular document

Dear Sir,
I am working in manufacturing company, now yesterday i have received a warranty certificate for 10 years of some material from our client.
Is this a valid document ? because the period of warranty is 10 years, hence asking and the warranty given on letter head.
if this is not a valid document then what should i do?
please help.

2. Show the document to a local lawyer for proper analysis and guidance.

The query relates to commercial operation of your company and company can afford services of a lawyer.

A commercial query is not good from a law officer of the company, which can very well afford to hire consultants.
