My friend was harassed for dowry and subjected to domestic violence and abondoned by husband for 2 years. Later husband filed ex-parte divorce petition claiming his wife was not ready to come back so he divorced him as per muslim law of triple talaq on certain date. if after one or two years of filing petition wife talks to a male friend than will that help husband get divorce if he somehow get call records of his wife.Can husband get call records of the wife without her permission.

Talking to male friend is not adultery at all.
Conduction of call records will not prove adultery withing the meaning of 407 IPC but it is enough for divorce suit.
