If property is between four brother
Three brother are agree to sell it but one brother don't agree to sell it
So it is possible to sell the property without one brother sign.

Correct Legal method under circumstances are
1) Three Brother file Partition Suit against one brother under the Provision of Partition Act
2) When Partition Decree is received all records (Land ,Local Govt.etc) should be changed rectified. If Land , Land should be divided legally on Govt Land Record
3)Once this process is over then you can sell the land. This is correct procedure under circumstances to avoid future legal case and complication. Else in future legal case and complication are going to take place 100%
