Very strange and insulting reply from "Expert"Shri Rajendra Goyal. I would request you Sir, to NOT answer any of my queries in future. I do not need such high handed attitude.

For the other esteemed experts, i will elaborate my query:
My friend is going to sell his flat in Navi Mumbai area. the concerned buyer wants to do "part registration" of the sale. Whether it is possible?
