Using of spy camera in colleges

Sir,

The Head of the College is violating the service rules and creating false evidences on me if ask about the violence to prevent this i want to collect evidence by using spy camera.
Collecting evidence by using spy camera in Govt. Educational Institute is permissible as per rules and legal?

If you suspect something fishy, you can use RTI to get information.

Using spy camera in govt. premises / institution without proper authority is illegal.
