I have purchased mattresses from sector 22 chandigarh....in November 2015 ....they are not according to the the size that I gave to the shopkeeper...actually the inchitape from which we have measured the length of our bed shows more length but when we told the shopkeeper about the length he took according to the measurement of his inchitape...he didn't try to check out his inchitape with ours...now he is refusing take the defective or small sized mattresses.....

Do you have the Bill and is the size mentioned on the bill?

File case on consumer forum . But if you want to avoid the expenses of carrying out the case you can refit the size by engaging another person at much lesser cost.

Lodge consumer complaint if having proof of purchase.

Yes sir ....I have the bill ....and size is mentioned in it .....mattresses are of sleepwell and we filled a complaint..to the shopkeeper but he said we had ordered it from Delhi and now you should contact to the head office which is in Delhi.....we contacted but that person said we cannot solve your dispute as your dispute is with the shopkeeper. And mattresses are according to the measurement given to us.
