Distrubing by calling while litegation pending

Dear Experts,

My wife had filled DV case against me before 1 year and litigation is pending in lower court, now after one year or filling the case she started calling me and visiting to my office.

Please suggest me how I can prevent by her activities.

Merely giving you a call or visiting your office is not an offence. If she is creating any disturbance to you, then mention such things before the court, but it shall not help you much in the DV case.

You should record all her calls and any event of disturbance in the office. Your office head may ask her politely not to visit office as it disturb work.

You can nit restrain a person from visiting you or calling you unless those acts are unlawful.
If those are unlawful then lodge complaint with police.
