How to get divided shares after judgement

Hello Sir,
i am planning file a partition suite against my brother to get it separated my share from the ancestral property.
property is on one survey number-4 acres.
after judgement given by the court,can i sell my share of property or my brother can appose by appealing in higher court?

First of all, file the partition suit. Law will takes its course.

Even before decree also you can sell your undivided share.

Yes, he can seek injunction to stop you selling the share.
So do so in a clandestine manner.

SO in that case i cant sell my share, but in your previous reply, you said that Even before decree also I can sell MY undivided share-Could you please suggest me how to sell MY undivided share?
