If It is Self Earned Property of your Grand Father it would be at his own Discretion and No One Could Legally Object it.Only An Humble Pleading to him On Saying Please Could fetch you Some Result.

You have no right on the self acquired property of your grandfather till he is alive.

If it is self earned/acquired property then he can dispose it in his life time as it pleases to him by a valid deed e.g; mortgage/sale/transfer/release/WILL etc.........
If he deceases without dispose it in his life time as it pleases to him by a valid deed then your father shall inherit his share from it.

Probably you mean to say that your grandfather has no self earned/acquired property.....................and each property that exists today..............is either inherited by your grandfather from his father...................or purchased from earnings from property inherited by your grandfather from his grandfather......................
It is believed that there was no partition in between.
