Wrong birth date. In ssc certificate verses correct date as per municipal certificate.
Procedure for correction in ssc passing certificate. After 12 Years of passing ssc.

First thing SSC certificate date is taken for all legal purpose

If you want to change it better approach Board directly .

They may have standard forms etc which can make things easy but since 12 years better ask them .

Since it is routine problem board may have solution instant , but after 12 years they don't do then you can think of alternate legal ways.

What is the date birth you have given in the school.

Why you have not noticed it for so many years

when the birth certificate was obtained.
