Sir mere naam ka 100 rupaye sing kiya hua blank stamp ek ajent ke paas 2012 main ek caar ki deal ke karate samay garunty ke liye rakha tha.
caar ki deal to hui nahi,
Maine kuch din ke baad usase stamp ke bare main pucha to usane bataya wo kho gaya hai.
to abhi mera sawal hai usaka kuch galat istemaal to nahi hoga na ????

in case you have photo copy of said stamp paper with you , you may issue a notice to the said person that you had given the said blank stamp to him and demand the same back from him. In case he replies as lost the same then file a police complaint mentioning facts and also mention that the said blank signed stamp was reported lost by the said person. Also take copy of said complaint for your record purpose so that it will be useful to defend any future court cases filed regarding said stamp paper.please note.

You also ask the agent to indemnify the acts of the agent if any misdeed happens in future with your blank stamp paper. Take the indemnity bond from the agent for any future misdeeds happen with the stamp paper.

Get the stamp paper entry no. from the stamp sale register of the seller if you have no photocopy of the same and proceed as advised by the experts.
