In my mother's death certificate my father's name his misspelt.will that be an issue and how can I get it rectified.its registered in Mumbai.

Dear Client,

Take a notarized affidavit and produce before the Municipal corporation of your city to get your wrongly spelt/mistakenly typed father's name to be rectified. Soon it would be done.

Contact respective authority / Muncipal corporation. Many Muncipal corporations having their own application forms- For correcting errors in death certificate etc.
