Hello, respected everyone,
Please, suggest, how to take a legal step against harmful fake rumors about a woman by a guy Over the social media, over the telephone and also by gossiping in the workplace and friend's circle? The rumors are spreading with the help of his friends to make his so called social status innocent, popular and high. And it is also out of jealousy and ego clash. But If the woman requests him to stop all these things, the guy is threatening her of rape, kidnapping and spreading more harmful rumors. Importantly, for his political power, he has control over local legislative and executive power so the girl can not take any local legal step. Also She has informed his family to stop him but there is no positive response.
Sir/Ma'am, please, suggest, because of it is a matter of the reputation and future of a woman, without any COURT CASE how to get legal help to stop all these things?

Sorry, without intervention of court you can not stop this nuisance.
You have to lodge complaint with Police if you want to stop this man.

Send him a legal notice for filing a case against him for defamation and lodge a police complaint through your lawyer.
