I m from West Bengal, working at Bangalore for last 1 year.. and my would be husband is from odisha , working at Bangalore since march of 2015. We want to get married through court marriage at Bangalore. As a address proof we have only rent agreement but rest of our ID documents are from our respective state.please guide us!!

Whether both of you are eligible (boy=21, girl=18), any proof? If so, no hurdle.
Whether you belong/profess same religion?
If so, proceed under the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act otherwise get your marriage registered under Special Marriage Act.
Do you have any local address? any proof? Rent agreement of either of you is sufficient.
It would be better to consult a local lawyer for your convenience.
