Recently IRCTC has suspended my account without prior assigning any reason. It was pathetic as I came to know this when I urgently in need of a Tatkal ticket. Due to this I could not book a ticket and travel. On contacting the costumer care thro' mail, they said that my account is using autofill or enormous pressing and suggested me to create a new account with new email and mobile no. I followed that and created new account and tried for booking tatkal at 1100 AM and failed while banking and attempted again and again finally ending with no ticket.This might have caused enormous pressing, hence I afraid this account also to be suspended. My IRCTC prepaid card could not be used as it is not linked with new account. All together I am in lose of money, time and labour. So please suggest me how can I proceed against IRCTC.
