Respected, My father got farm from grandfather according to his will but after that my paternal uncle added many names on 7/12 and 8a of my fathers agri land...now whnever i took print of 7/12 and 8a of my agri land it will have so many names of uncles daughter and sons.
My question is can i sale my agricultural land(farm) even my lands 7/12 form and 8a form have others name along with me..??
The land is in Maharashtra state.
Is it possible to sale this property solely ??

Did your grandfather leave a valid WILL?
Was it executed and acted upon?/ Did your father submit the WILL, death certificate of his father, legal heir certificate/affidavit etc as per prevailing rules at that time to the revenue authority for updation of ownership/title in mutation records?
Was any notice/newspaper publication released at that time?
Was the WILL contested at that time?
If NO; there should be no cloud on WILL and it can be accepted as duly acted upon.
Is your father alive?

Had your father got the mutation carried out on the basis of his father's Will consequent to the latter's demise!
