regarding rights of second wife

Sir,can first wife get both job and pension to herself or job to her son and pension to her with out the permission of second wife and second wives son as all the four of them are legal heirs.sir i heard that all should agree for job or pension.sir actually second marriage took place with consent of first wife.they agreed as pension to second wife job to first wives son.but in office they say second wife son can get job but second wife will not get pension.second wife says that she needs full pension in separate account or job to her son.sir why can't the government give benifits as per compromised agreement.can a court give order as full pension to second wife as no one has objection? now all of them are in confusion.sir please help by giving valuable suggestion. Thank you.

No suggestion possible for hypothetical academic query with vague description.

This is not a case of distribution of property under property law. Statutory service laws & pension rules prevail in employment/ pension cases.

You have shown none of your concern with the problem, nor description of background of your story, nor why first wife, second wife or second wife's son want pension or service?

If Hindu, Second marriage while first wife alive and not divorced is illegal even if first wife gave consent to it.

Second wife can not get pension and / or employment.
