My employee registered case through 156/3 under section 120 b , 420 that i have used his saving account for transactions. He complain that i signed his cheque n transact through his account , also he claim that ive deposited 50 lac in his account through cash. This all he is doing becoise he got income tax notice and now he is blaming all on me. Pls help

The allegations are purely of documentary. Even if it is presumed that his signature had been forged even then it shall create various questions like why did he hand over his cheque book blank to you and what action he took when the said huge amount of cash stood deposited in his account and what about the staff of bank which didn't made distinction between forged and actual signature etc.

Sir what should i do now? And also this transaction took place in 2008-09, now when he got income tax notice he filed case.trying to manipulate through police

Transaction happened and he knows that. As we r working together that time. Now he is blaming only becouse of incometax.

My point is 1.what step should i take now?2.should i go for bail?3.if he blames me for signing cheques is it me to prove or he has to prove?4. Amount was deposited by our staff and he was aware of that. And he has taken statement from bank 4yrs back also . So what i have to give in my defense?
