Out sider car parking

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am staying in a complex and the out sider people is parking their car in parking lot in the knowledge of parking owner,can association ask an authorised letter from the owner of parking place and without getting any letter association can stop the out sider parking said place.please tell me the rules.

Please refer to your query as Mr. M. Kapoor on the other thread, where following is the reply for you:

"M.Kapoor.

It means you are the parking owner and you have given the parking on rent and Association is objecting to it.

If the above correct, please inform the rules/guidelines agreed by you at the time of allotment with regard to usage of the parking."
