sir, mera name parag agrwal hai. humari ancestrial(ptta) property kotdwara main hai. hume waha se 25 yeras phele hi zabardasti nikal diya tha. abb hamere grandmother , grandfather, father ki death ho chuki hai. hum apna share chate hai.to chacha dene ko mana karte hai dhmaki bhi dete hai.kya karna chaiye.

Issue a legal notice to your chacha, hire a case against him to file a case in the competent court for your share.

Obtain copy of mutation record with link documents from concerned revenue official say Patwaari and show these to a very able local counsel specializing in revenue/property/civil matters, for a considered opinion on options,remedies and merits.

Ancestral property is Property inherited upto 4 generations of male lineage........

Thru your able counsel approach court for partition/share.

Obtain revenue record from local patwari for last 50-60 years.

Discuss with local lawyer and file case for partition.
