She could file the Recovery Application in Ahmedabad and along with that a Transfer Application in High Court to Transfer 125(1) Case already filed to Ahmedabad Court also to be Filed

What is meant by " Old and this" what old?

This is interim relief, should prey to recover arrears / maintenance through same court which awarded interim.
