My wife is niether coming back to home with my two daughters nor ready to give me divorce. And openly threatening to spoil my life. I belong to a location which is a small town and my wife is doing job in different city. niether she is coming back to home nor she is letting my daughters to stay with me.The wife is so much violent that I also feel threaten to my life.
It has been two years we are staying apart and we are married with more than three years

Take help of relatives, well wishers, family friends and try to save marriage.
You can file case of RCR but in turn she may file cases of domestic violence, dowry demand, maintenance for daughters etc.

I have tried all these things but she is not changing at all. Day on day she is getting dangerous.Now I want divorce as it is clearly a danger to all my family memebers if i bring her back. Kindly suggest how should i proceed further

Try to settle the disputes in an amicable way with the help of elders and other well wishers and failing which file for contested divorce on the grounds of desertion, cruelty etc.

Someone will advise you to file case for restitution of conjugal rights.
That way she will be compelled to justify her absence from you and she has no choice but to file true/false cases of DV and dowry. Then you will run substantial part of life in court/jail. Even if divorce takes place you will keep running, may with the /without parents, married /unmarried brother/ sisters .

You have got the legal option to file RCR, but it may be that she may opt to retaliate through DV and 498A cases.

She would lodge complaint, the procedure would start.
You would have the chance to prove / submit your proofs before court after 2-3 years.
It may take 3-4 years to prove yourself as innocent.
