1. How to REFER OR FIND Section / Order /
Rule under which a particular Suit
can be file.
Kindly inform, if there is any particular book of journal.

It is easy to know. Just study law for 3 or 5 years. then spend 5 to 10 years, carrying bags of senior advocates, then it is almost easy. you will know so many things.
I also try almost daily to find out all these you asked.
