No use of posting academic query.

Case background is necessary to be discussed to enable the experts to form some purposeful opinion.

Are you a lawyer of the plaintiff or plaintiff himself?
If yes.. then apply to the court to obtain the certified copy of the documents submitted be the defendant.

Background of case is that defendant instead of filing w.s. submitted application under order 7 rule 11 in which they have annexed photocopies of their documents and one copy I was supplied to me but without photocopies of documents. Although I have submitted reply to their application and for arguments I need those photocopies of documents which they have annexed and to obtain the same I requested how to obtain since attested copies of photocopy are not provided by copying agency in court.

You are (legally) entitled to receive/get a copy of any paper/document filed by opposite party, ask and get it.

Besides this, copying agency cannot refuse/ deny the party to get certified copy of any paper/document on judicial file, duly permitted by the Court. If denied, move to the Judge in-charge copying agency or District Judge.
