Sir I am actually the respondent in the supreme court, the petitioner is my aunt she has filed a case against high court order. The judge has pronounced order what should i do have to wait till some time or can I carry on with the next course of action of my property assigned to me by the court. or is there any procedure like apply for an order copy etc I have to do.

you can take next legal action as per court orders if there is no stay order by SC against you.

You can proceed as per orders of the court till stay not granted by competent court or the judgement reversed.
