Dear experts; I am from Pakistan and since both India and Pakistan has almost the same laws regarding the subject im interested I thought I'll seek some help here
My query is that I'm a landlord and I have some land... it's Agricutral... first it was joint but recently I did partition with the co owner..after the partition I was given khasra numbers in the khata in which I own the land.. now the issue is that I'm the owner of the land but the girdawri is in the name of the tenants.. since the piece of land is large so are the number of tenants.. im only the owner but the girdawri is in name of tenants.. I don't have any formal agreement with them as it all happened when I wasn't even born at the time of land reforms ..my question is that I want to eject them .. what are the basis that I can legally transfer the girdawri into my name as the tenants aren't agreeing..plz take note that the tenants aren't owners but girdawri is in their name from many years ..let's say over 20 or 30 years in some cases .. please guide me in details
If a whatsapp number is given I'd be extremely grateful.. please help thanks

Land laws in both the countries are almost same. Even Civil Procedure Code is almost same.
In your case, Khasra Girdawri do depict the possession of the persons mentioned therein. You need to go through Jamabandi carefully wherein the column of tenants, their kisam (kind) shall have been mentioned. If those are on Batai Tihaee then claim it for last 3 years by filing an application to local Tehsildar after obtaining the details of 'jhad Paidawar' from patwari prying their ejectment and if the kism is mentioned as of Chakota Saal Tmaam or like then also claim for tenancy but the ejectment in that event is near to impossible as in that case the tenants or their forefathers had made the land cultivable and it is presumed that your forefathers had assured those tenants or their forefathers not to eject from that land. You may personally also contact me for any specific information relating to this issue.
