Buying Mhada flat before 6months of locking period

Hello experts, I want to buy this Mhada lottery flat any how.. this locking period is remaining for 6 months. Broker says u can buy this by registering power of attorney and make registration and mahada transfer after 6 months. ... Will this be possible ?

Thanks for the response....At any cost I want to buy this flat..so is there any legal way? One Advocate told u make MOU and make it registered...after 6 months u both go for registration and Mhada transfer
