Court fee

(Querist) 11 August 2017 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
land lord has demolished my premises without my consent so i have filed suit u/s 6 of specific relief act now what will be the court fees on the market value of the property or 150 times the rent of the property
dr g balakrishnan (Expert) 11 August 2017
fact here is you are not the owner of the premises, in fact when you are a tenent or a lessee you pay tenancy or lease amount monthly, you may not have to pay court fees as land lord's action is obvious tresspass undre law of crimes.

Court fee differ from state to state, discuss with local lawyer.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 14 August 2017
Which state do you wish to file the suit u/s 6 of the Specific Relief Act, however, there is no "ad-velorum" court fees in Delhi, it is only notional fees.
Contact and consult a local senior lawyer.
