My wife filed 498A, DVC, mc cases against me. Now she asked my salary certificate through RTI act. Now the concern DDO should give salary certificate or salary particulars. If they give my salary certificate ,she can misuse. What the concern DDO should give??? Please response as possible as quickly

CIC in their decision in Sunita Chopra Vs. Dte of Education (North), GNCTD dated 25.02.2016 (CIC/SA/A/2015/001934) decided that salary can be informed to wife, other personal information may not be given.
