Bank refused to clear the cheque

Sir/Ma'am,
I have a cheque bearing D Aryan and the bill i gave to the company was of D Aryan and my sbi account name is of aryan dutt so assuming the details is there a way that my cheque be cleared, the cheque was given back to me stating incomplete title but the names refers to the same person and i have the details of work bill what can i do to get my cheque cleared

did you check with bank regarding procedure to claim this cheque?

Bank has nothing to do with your work detail of work or other particulars. As per their official records, they know only a person with the name of Aryan Dutt, not D Aryan. So, they are supposed to credit the cheque in to the account if your account name is also the same, as D Aryan. Credit cannot be made in the account with name as Aryan Dutt.
Either you have to get the cheque changed in to your real name, as per the bank account name, or open a new account in the name of D Aryan.

Previously, bank allowed to deposit third party cheques.
But, RBI has now prohibited the procedure.
So, you have to get a new cheque.

You could open a joint a/c with the party. in the bank. branch from which the cheque had been issued so that you could get transferred to your joint account immediately and get it . encashed then and there please

Get a fresh cheque as per details provided to your banker.
