Mentally Harisment of A 24 Year Old Girl By her Step Mom

Hello Sir,
I have a Female Frnd. Her Age is approx 24 year. Her Father first wife passed away before many years and than He did 2nd marriege.
My Female's frnd step Mom and Father mentally Harris her. Her atep mom abuses her, comments on her character etc. Her step mon threaten her and says Nikaal jaa iss ghaar se... Her faimly rarely givesher pocket money or any daily expense.

Her step mom call her Manhoos, and other character related abuses.

What are her rights? Wat she can do? Should she record her step mom voice while she abusing her? Is she can get any part in parents property? Pls guide...

Wat about her Part in his father property? Wat about her maintainance from her faimly? Will this section complete all her needs?
She is single and unemployed.

What nonsense, domestic violence complaint is not filled under section 498a IPC, this complaint is filled under the Protection of the Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Under this Act the complainant woman living in domestic relationship can seek protection order against the respondents who committed domestic violence against her, she can seek financial compensations and damages caused to her by the acts of domestic violence, if she is unemployed and has no source of income can seek maintenance and claim her right to residence from the respondents. She can get injunction order against them so that they won't be able to throw her out of the house where she's living in domestic relationship with them.
Section 498a IPC is for cruelty inflicted by the husband and in-laws on the wife not cruelty inflicted by parents on their daughter. Moreover there is only punishment in this law no financial compensation for the victim.

She can file domestic violence case against her parents AND NOT UNDER SECTION 498A which is against cruelty petition against in laws.. Can seek protection orders from domestic violence. can seek residential orders and also injunction orders against the respondents even if they are parents. to protect her from the respondents from throwing her out of the house lock,stock and barrel Seek damages or compensation against perpetrators OF domestic VIOLENCE AGAINST HER IN A FAMILY COURT INCLUDING MAINTENANCE IF SHE HAS NO INCOME OF HER OWN.
