Sir my query is as follows
My grandfather married a lady who got property frome her brothers...after her death, grandfather wanted to remarry but his brother in law asked him to marry a women from their clain so that their property will no go to some other women.... and they got married my grandfather to their niece (brother in laws niece). ....and now after 50 year, son of first wife of grandfather says he only has right to this property. . Sir what about children of second wife don't they have any right on that property .and in property paper there is name of only first wife second wife is not mentioned anywhere

Apart from 1st wife's son, second wife as widow if your grand father( 2nd wife) and her children have equal rights in that property if your grand father died intestate.

But mam in property papers grandfather name is not there it is only name of fir wife and her sons and only few marlas are on name of only one son of second wife.....
They always threaten us by saying we will snatch this property. ..
Mam one more more questions can we share property in equal parts...

What do you mean by "got property" from her brothers? By the first wife, were there any children other than the son?
