It seems you are not eligible for EWS reservation, as per the OM in this regard, linked at the bottom of this message.

To be eligible for the EWS certificate, he/she should be a ‘general’ candidate (not covered under reservation for SC, ST or OBC, her family’s gross annual income should be below Rs. 8 lakhs, including income from all sources such as agriculture, salary, business, etc. for the financial year before you apply for the exam, her family should not own agricultural land of size 5 acres or more, her family should not own a residential flat of area 1000 square feet or more, her family should not own a residential plot (in notified municipalities) of an area 100 square yards or more, and her family should not own a residential plot (other than in notified municipalities) of area 200 square yards or more.

The ‘Family’ according to the EWS Reservation OM includes, the person seeking the reservation, her parents, her siblings below the age of 18 years, her spouse and children below the age of 18 years.
Please see the Government of India Office Memorandum in this regard at https://dopt.gov.in/sites/default/files/ewsf28fT.PDF

For the wards of those inn public employment eligibility for EBC quota is not decided on the basis of income but the status of the post. The norms in this have been laid down by the DoPT OM dated 8th September 1993. The general principle is that wards of the Constitutional Functionaries and high ranking officials are excluded. The OM could be accessed at https://documents.doptcirculars.nic.in/D2/D02adm/Compendium.pdf,

The norms apply in the instant case. You are eligible for EWS reservations, irrespective of the income, if your parents do not fall in the exempted category.
