Sir, Do any body is having idea about property/investment in Greater Noida Extension? Is it illegal/unauthorized zone? what papers/documents one should see from builder, while purchasing/booking flat/plot?

This site is not meant for verification of legality o illegality of a particular area under development.

However you should see original title deeds of the area, its chain since last 30 years, its non encumbrance certificate duly issued by competent authority, site plan duly approved, permissions from municipality, town planning, fire etc.
