Change of use Residential NA to Commercial NA

Hi, We have purchased 50 Gunthas Farm House ( Residential NA for single Family )near by Bhiwandi, Tal : Thane Maharashtra, now we want to devlope its as a One day picnic spot with Dining facility.
Pl advice what procedure for getting Change of use from authority.

You need to check with concerned authority as to the land and the kind of use of the land. In chennai we used to check in CMDA. If your use comes under the kinds then it is ok or else you need to get their approval or permission before carrying out.

In your matter, you shall have to get the land use by moving the application to DM which shall be forwarded to Director land Revenue then you shall have to obtain the due permission therefrom by depositing the fixed fee for that purpose.
