The said person cannot use xerox copies to invalidate your rights on the property nor it can be used for making any wrongful sale.

Dont worry.

Legally the said person cannot harm you with xerox copies of the property documents. However, they may misuse the contents of the same to unlawfully forge documents against your interests say GPA, Agreement of Sale etc., as the documents provided by you contains signature of the executors. Therefore, one should be careful while dealing with property matters.
