sell of ancestral property

my father had four acre agriculture land in UP.It was ancestral property.my father sold this ancestral agriculture land with out my consent.can I file a suit to get my share back?

You can file a suit to set-aside the sale.

Find out the sale deed details and send a legal notice to your father and the buyer to cancel the sale deed and if they failed to do, go ahead with filing the suit.
