respected sir, madam i have a question that what is the position of daughter whose parents are alive and they have self made property but not want to give any share to his married daughter who live on rent. prior they have intention to give some share of property but now they not ready for giving any share to his dauhter.
can daughter have any right against them. basically parents listen only his elder son whose trying to capture all property by indue influence.

If it is self made property, they have got a right to give it to anyone they like. There is no bar. If the property is left out without will (intestate), after demise of the parents, both son and daughter have got equal share.

Thank you sir, but in my case brother is cheater. Firstly daughter's parents agree to give some share of property to his dauther but now they denying beacause of brother wish.

Only sympathies to you. Parents self acquired property cannot be claimed by daughter as a matter of right. Rightly said by Sri Prabhakar.
