Yes, what two even two hundred or even two thousand can have same regd office.

if fraud commited by one company effects the other company also.if they are in same type of business.the regd. adress is same.

A REGISTERED CO.IN CASE ANY FRAUD IS COMITED THE NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF DIRECTORS AND ALL OFFICE BEARERS CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE AND A CASE CAN BE FILED AGAINST THEM.
EVEN IF COMMON ADDRESS IS THERE FOR OTHER CO.,THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY NOT BE SAME.
