Brief:- 1 Disput of firm went to SC and there they agree to partition property ac to mutal consent as y Local commissioner. Sc close there file . LC Make three lot to three group of members of various state.One group acquire property and land in H.P. of firm name.She has no agreeculture certificate. Whether firm landed property can be transfer to member name or her firm name rural area in H.p.

What is the meaning of of she has no agriculture certificate?
