My father's property - ?

Hi,
My father has 4 childeren . I am last son and 3 yelder sisters. He did marriage for only 1st sister- 1978/79. 2nd and 3rd sisters are left home and they performed love marriages and not returned .

My father was having 433sq yard plot(own property) at Rukminipuri and in that 83 sq. yard has given to my 1st sister as a gift deed.

Later when i was in USA he sold both the houses and not given a 1np to me. But he constructed a double storied house at Moulali . And also my sister constructed house by the side .

He expired on July 10th of 2009. He wrote a Will that after his death if my mother is alive she can enjoy and universal legesy for the whole property and after her death it will come to me.

My sister took my mom to her house and kept her and i occupied upstairs. She kept lock and i came to know that she has taken a signatures from empty papers . Then i have taken a interm injenction order from court 9th Sep 2009 - "Not to Elinate".

On 25th July 2010 my Mom expired. My sister filed a case that my mother has another Will (registerd date - last week sep 2010)stating that she has given the whole authority against property.

Will i get my property ? or i have to loose the case.

If your mother was given only life interest in the property, then she cannot give the property to anyone, it has to come to you on her death.
