PROCEDURE TO REMOVE ULC ON 32G LAND

PRESENLY in govt. record 7/12 showing in my Grandfather name (form mother side)
and same was showing under ULC.
What is the procedure to remove the ULC?
why land gone under ULC ?

my grand father was holding 5 acre 35 gunt ( under M certificate- as per 7/12,. out of which 3 acre 35 gunta sold in 1972 ( not geting register copy of sale agreementand other docuemnt). and another 2 acre sold in 1976 . this land in grandfathers name as a farmer, and the land is bought by the group of people working with railway(by forming assosiation). for the same sale permission is comming in to existanc with in three days after appication for sale( is it possible?). since last one year we are doing the follow up under RTI., but no body prvoiding information regarding the above sale land. we feel and have doubght the all the papers are manupulated and fake and prperly manage.
Brif abovt family-my grand father have four daughters ater marriage, above land is complitly oversite.
but still we finding some land
we are thinking of to file appeal to PRANT.
