BCI rules do not permit LL.B./B.L. by correspondance or distance education.

Yes. As per Bci's rules, Law through distance education is invalid.

If you do not want to practice, but to gain academic degree, you can do B.L (Academic) from Annamalai University through correspondence.

Many universities are offering Law Degree, through correspondence. This degree will help you to be a legal officer of any company or add some weightage to your profile.

But, correspondence law degree is not eligible for enrolling as an Advocate.
