One of my friend is gone to dubai while he is on trial in court on divorce case so what will be his families and his fathe

My friend is absconded from court and he is in qatar while his wife filed a suit on him what if he not appear infront of court ?

Very simple. The wife will get exparty decree in favour of her.. Thats it..

Your friend can engage a lawyer who would represent him in the court.
Though he need not be present in the course trial, at the time of his evidence he will have to attend and depose before the court.

if the husband cannot be served, he can never be tried exparte, but in this case he is served through his parents if he was residing with them after marriage and seperation of wife, in second case his wife would be suceeded in getting exparte decree in her favour.
